Charlie has extensive experience gained over the last 10 years with several of the more notable local legal firms. She specialises in all areas of property law & conveyancing and is particularly adept at fostering beneficial relationships and channels of communication to improve the success and efficiency of the deals she handles for our clients.
Francesca is a true conveyancing expert with 20+ years experience. She also has a specialist background in acting for land owners and property developers on large residential projects and keeps right up to date with all of the latest house buying incentive schemes and legislation.
Charlotte is experienced across several areas including Family Law, Conveyancing and Probate Clients. Her particular expertise and specialist area is now Wills & Probate and all related matters. With a growing reputation in this area she is known for her sensitivity and approach to dealing with sensitive matters and for being able to calmly and clearly ease any anxieties her clients may have.
John has decades of experience in both residential and commercial property sectors largely gained in many years as a Partner in a niche firm in Central London. He deals with sales and purchases, the grant of leases, lease extensions, licenses and lease variations and is very focused on businesses taking commercial leases or acquiring commercial premises locally. His “hands on” approach and relaxed style helps clients feel able to contact him whenever they need to and to always feel their interests are best protected. He always works in tandem with the client’s other professional advisors such as Accountants, Tax Consultants and Surveyors.
Izzy assists with the support and administration that the practice requires to run so efficiently. She has completed her LLB Law Degree and is working towards becoming a fully qualified solicitor in the near future.
Libby provides the necessary support and admin that the practice requires to run smoothly. She is currently working on her Conveyancing Law & Practice diploma with the aim of becoming a licensed conveyancer in the near future.
Paul has worked professionally in legal finance for many years. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and ensuring the finance function runs smoothly & efficiently.
